VISUAL ACUITY - SNELLEN

The chart is calibrated for 10 feet if printed. 

To print the chart, hold your finger on the image, Add to Photos, Go to Photos, select image, select square with upward arrow, scroll down to print. 

If using a screen select *CALIBRATION RULER* link to print out a ruler, or use a dime. 

Match 20/50 letter size height to the width of FDR's head on a dime.  

To calibrate letter size we need a 20/50 letter to be 1 cm, the smaller 1 on the calibration ruler.

Set you screen on a stable and visible surface. It may require two bookended items to stabilize. 

Evaluate the vision of your right eye, left eye and then both eyes together. 

Repeat evaluation at arms length (right, left, both).

Note any significant findings: clarity, brightness, glare
